On HIV rise in the Philippines

With a rise of 140% of new HIV infections between 2010 and 2016, the Philippines has become the country with the fastest growing of HIV epidemic in Asia-Pacific, especially among the 15-24 year old. Photographer and activist Niccolò Cosme explains us why Philippines’ president Rodrigo Duterte’s drug war is not helping at all to stop the spreading of Hiv, due to his to war on drugs.
